British Federation Land Sand Yacht Club Championship Round hosted by the Brean Land Yacht Club Somerset, South-West England SATURDAY and SUNDAY, MARCH 11 and 12, 2006 There was a good turnout of pilots although beach and weather did its damnest to curb even the most enthusiastic of landsailors penchant for belting round on the sand. It was cold, even snowed, but some braved the conditions with even Mark "SoC" Lloyd switching "codes" from his French-built c5 for the relative shelter in a borrowed Standart, in which he surprisingly fared quite well.
